Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. However, I have not had an HSBC account for more than 4 years. Please report the number to your phone carrier and apply the normal block and spam filter to the number. SCAM Male voice claiming to be from Amazon checking if I had ordered goods to the value of £700 the previous evening (i.e. 30/7/2021). When I said no the caller hung up
Received call from this number with a recorded voice claiming to be from "bank fraud department" stating that large amount of money has been taken from my account. I have since checked the number and it appears to be a legitimate local school number. However, the received scam call was recorded on my phone as being from this number.
Said they had accident report. Not had accident. When asked where got my number they hung up.
