I've had several calls from this number to my work phone, which I am ignoring as I don't know anyone in Brighton. They don't leave a message.
Caller is claims handling company - calling with incorrect data about person being called and ignores TPS / CTPS status of person being called.
When I answered, caller just hung up???
Claimed to be from National Crime Agency and had plans to suspend my national insurance number. If I didn’t press 1 my details would be passed on to be arrested.

Today I got another call and they wouldnt even stop talking to let me speak to tell them to leave me alone. They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge. If they identify an issue they bring it to you attention. They then compare your home's issue with previous case studies.
