Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. This number called - voicemail that was left indicated it was customer service survey after my car was serviced, they mentioned the actual garage name so I guess they have employed a call centre to do the follow up on their behalf.
