This number has called me several times over the last couple of days. I phoned back today as it is a local number and actually got an answer John at Assist Financial. Looked this up and yet again it is another hard sell scamming PPI company. When will something be done about these low life harrassing companies. Also apparently, they are based in Wilmslow, so how do they get to use the local 01933 dial code? Or is this another development in the scammers armoury?

said they were from portrangle or something.. introduced herself.. said it was market research.

Fraud, says i have frauded the Hercules and if I don’t press one a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Total scam do not press one takes money from your phone account

Clicking through some news articles on Facebook and the very next link was "subscribe". The fact you are about 6 or 7 clicks in before this happens shows the company knows what they are doing. I immediately texted STOP to the number and contacted my supplier. They have now put a block on Subscriptions. Not been billed yet for the £4.5 - which the advisor said was good, as she would normally expect to see a charge on the account instantly. 100% click bait scam.

Scammers calling about a potential county court case?

This number comes from London, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Just received a text message from this number with a 'bitly' link telling my 'Whatsapp' is going to expire and I need to renew for $0.99. 'Whatapps' is FREE so do not fall for this.
