I received an unsolicited call from this number. The caller claimed to be selling stock shares/investment opportunities. The caller would not accept my no as an answer. I politely concluded the call and h8ng up. I cannot say that it is a scam but I have now blocked this number.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. The message claims to be a delivery driver from Evri saying that my parcel was unable to be delivered. In the message there was a HTML link. Needless to say I didn't follow it up. Seems sketchy.
Abusing fake advertising seller, after I emailed him back saying I wasn't interested in the "advert" in the "planning handbook" after he implied that he was working on behalf of the planning department when infact he has nothing to do with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
