Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. Saying he was from Virgin Media and wanted me to login from my computer to check the router. I just ended the call. He didn't even know my name, account number or anything. I just put the phone down. Could be dangerous!

This number relates to an investment scam called GFA capital. They get you to deposit a small amount of money ($275) and they claim they invest it in crypto and produce huge results. In 5 days my $275 grew to $75000. WOW Then one of their senior investment managers calls you and shows you a bitcoin opportunity, invest $18000 and they will produce a $10000 return in 5 days. BULLSHIT. I requested a withdrawal from my pot and was told that I had to pay £12000 tax to release the funds. Dangerous scam
