Its a company in wales and its on about if you have been in an accident i said no i dont drive and own a car so its just cold calling couldnt make the name out when he said it

Irrelevant whether you give your number out, as these people just use auto diallers, which take no account of ex directory, TPS etc status.

Male called left message to say order for iPhone will be dispatched in 24hrs from Amazon. Press 1 to call them back. Never placed an order.

Amazon Prime SCAMMERS. An automated voice thingy that will make you jump thru hoops until all your bank accounts are empty. Put the phone down.

The caller stating saying about the RSPCA so I listened to what he was saying and as he went on realised he was going to ask for money, ?10 a month thats all, I said no thanks, then he went on about cruelty to animals and said what about ?1 a week, I still said no thanks, had to hang up in the end

They called me and asked for my name and address. Don t give them any details about you - not even your name! If you ask them where they got your number from they can t give you an answer...

My answer phone picked up their call but all I could hear were fizzes and crackles. Sounded dodgy to me so I didn t ring back. Sounds as if I did the right thing.
