Answered the first 2 calls from this number to hear an Asian sounding voice - in the first instance telling me I had a Windows problem and the second time telling me I had a BT line problem. As I was aware of this scam, in both instances I told them to "get lost" and hung up. Since then they have been ringing me several times a day but since I have caller identity I ignore it. This is plain harassment.

They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?

Telemarketing action, I checked the internet and all the same story : "Mobile XXXXXXXXXX is awarded a 4 Gigabyte Multimedia Player and Headphones, reply SNAP to claim." etc. Block it, pure telemarketing.

These people are a complete pain. Don't respond to their calls. 50 calls in a month even after telling them politely and less politely to go away. They are parasites . Is there a rating less than negative? . Might be worth just press receive and leave them hanging on. Then it might just clog up their calls.
