Wanted me to agree contract over the phone and text then said they'd send me details and I'd have 14 days to cancel the contract, when I asked for the contract in writing by email first before agreeing to anything she got sh1tty and hung up.

Then someone will ask your name and then says you are under legal charges and ask if any legal advisor will be with you. When you say to them that they are scam, they will cut off the line

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. SCAM. The caller was a woman claiming to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. She further claimed to be from the energy company – E.ON – that supplies me with electricity. She knew or guessed my first name, and asked for confirmation of details of my name and mailing address. However, she did NOT ask for – nor did she receive – my e˗mail address, my account number, or any bank or credit card or debit card details. Furthermore, she did not ask for immediate payment. Have nothing to do with this number.
