SPAM. I have been getting 2 calls a day on my mobile for several months. every call uses a different number. Until recently these numbers were from a lady speaking Chinese, who then switched to English prompting a message that indicted. This lady, says each she represents a selection of companies, including parcel services, internet companies etc... Got a call from this number today and I see people are saying it’s a scam. She asked if I was a housing tenet and did I have any repairs that haven’t been done. She meant mould and such but I don’t know what she could scam me out of. If anyone knows could they tell me worried about this.

Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.
