Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.
