This number is used along with other numbers with the area code 020 380 and in the range 70648 to 70653 from my experience. I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. These calls are from OptionFM a binary Option trading scam operated by Banc de Binary based in Israel. Seems to be used for some Manchester telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 016181488xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with O2 telemarketing, but also financial services - debts, loans. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
