Automat Phishing to find a live number to commence scamming
This no. originates from a company called Vintels (http://www.vintels.com/). They already has a complaint upheld by the ASA against them (Google Vintels and ASA) for sending out SMSs saying "Free Msg: Our records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for the accident you had. To apply free reply CLAIM to this message. To opt out text STOP". Vintels however keep changing the wording slightly to get round this.

Robot voice claims that internet service will be disconnected in 24hrs. Already had several calls today from different numbers which say the same thing. Hung up and will block if possible.
SCAM. Claim to have charged you £79 for amazon prime activation. This is not Amazon. Hang up and forget about it.
Claimed to be from Microsoft in Reading, said I had an issue with my computer.
This number is also linked to 08454290041. Received calls from both numbers within 15 minutes of each other. Ignored both of them as I don t deal with scrounging parasites.

SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.

A false company claims to be about online trading but did not know about very common trading platforms. They have been using lost of different numbers each claims to be the same company, so everytime I block one they use a different number.
Told me I ve had an accident recently, not fooled by these scammers, don t give them the time.

Had a call from this mobile number saying he was calling from Claim Easy about my PPI claim, that I m sure I didn t raise. When I called him out on the mobile number he said goodbye and hung up.

Upon answering a call on the land line around 18:30 this evening, the caller hung up so out of curiosity I dialled 1471 (UK), the call back service and I pressed 3 on my phone to be put directly through to the missed call number.
