He said he was working for Amazon and needed to track down who had ordered 2 mobile phones from Amazon using my bank details (which he had) but had arranged to be delivered to an address that was not mine. To do this he wanted me to go into my bank app and arrange a transfer of £5000 to an account for which he provided and which my bank cleared as existing. I went along with it up to the point of transfer and he then became pressing and agitated.

Missed call, left no vm, no msg, nothing to ID themselves, usually means something crooked these days. Don't know anyone in Manchester, would not have answered it anyway. Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.
Feel a bit uneasy about this number. Stated as being in Rochdale yet caller said was calling from Colchester.
