I got a phone call from this number claiming to be from Microsoft. (Indian call handler) They said my computer was compromised but I don’t own a computer so knew it was a scam. I kept talking to them to waste their time and then eventually told them I’d be reporting them to police. She tried to convince me still they were legitimate. TAXES / HMRC SCAM - Received a call from this number. Recorded message informing me that a letter from HMRC had been returned and therefore proceedings are going to be issued against me. I was instructed to press '1' to speak to an advisor but I hung up instead and reported the call to ICO.org.uk. I am hoping that this is not somebody's private number being cloned.

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.
