This is the number being used by NHS Scotland for ANY calls coming from within the NHS network. It could be a patient phoning a relative and this number will show, it could be someone calling to inform you of appointments also.

call purporting to be from the cooperative bank asking me to confirm security details. I refused to do this as no reason was given. They told me I could call the bank as a record of the reason would be registered on my account. I spoke to my bank who had no record of this call. I think this was an attempt to get my details. DON'T GIVE DETAILS and call the official bank number from your card instead.
I received a call claiming to be from International Rescue Committee. This is possible as I made a donation to this organisation. However I haven t verified the call is actually from them. It was a request for setting a direct debit, but not aggressive.
