Automated message from TSB telling me I'm setting up an online payment and to e yet a four digit code.. I don't bank with TSB and I followed their instructions to state I know nothing about account and it stated it was suspending the online account. THEN I received another call then another then continuously all evening...???? How do I stop this..!!!
A very rude lady spoke to me about government funding for insulation etc, when I told her I already had it she persisted about wall insulation I told her I wasn t eligible, she was rude and said the system had changed, I said no and she hung up.

The chap called providing some personal details for me to confirm and asking me to call re new payment (£20,000 business acount). Later, I phoned bank. Initial team do not have this number. The guy on phone then helpfully called security dept who confirmed it was a genuine number.
