I had this number ring yet again tonight, Asian man said he was calling from .....solutions, I threw phone down and left it connected for 20 mins... last week same number rand and man said he was phoning from bt to say my internet was abt to be cut off....I said funny im not wth bt and said it was a scam and hung up

Stated they are calling to carry out a survey. Stated they got my number from one of their partner companies . Gave a list that included o2 amongst about 7 others. Basically fishing for info/interest to see if they can pass your details on to other companies - virgin, british gas, sky etc.

called me about a "car accident that wasn t my fault", then proceeded to pretty much ignore everything i said, that wasn t on the scrip the person was obviously reading from .

said his records show id had a Road Traffic Accident within the last three year, which i havent. He said oh right ok and hung up. Still gets calls from this number, thankfully i have blocked the number now.

Have been receiving daily calls from these people - previously they have asked to speak to my mother and simply hung up when told she was out. Today, after more persistent questioning, the caller (who had a heavy Indian accent) said his name was David, calling from Windows Service Centre in Surrey, and that my parents computer has been downloading malicious software. Robocall saying if I hung up I would be arrested immediately. I pressed 1 as instructed hoping to have some fun with the scammers but after a few minutes of music on hold, the call terminated.

nit’s a cloned spoof number ( probably a Skype number ) and not the bt number it’s pretending to be

They called me on Wednesday and Friday. I phoned back today. He said he is try ing to sell me PPI. I told him not to phone me again or I would not be happy and his exact words were "F*** off you F***ing Pu**y", then he hung up.
