This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438327xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?

Anybody getting calls from this number should report to police and trading standards, but also file a complaint with ICO and TPS, they prey on vulnerable people so if you really need to see someone about face to face I suggest discussing all the details with the citizens advice bureaux. Tried to tell me they worked "along side" Legal and General which would make the unsuspecting think they work WITH or FOR Legal and General, which they don t as they admitted they were an independent finance company.
