I have found out through another site, who-called.co.uk and rapidfinder.co.uk that other people are being plagued by calls from this company, though in my case, it s to my mobile, there s no one there when I try to answer. Have been told companies like this, autodiall, why?? I have mobility problems, so it s causing me many problems trying to answer. I want to find a way of stopping this, as far as I m concerned this is harrassment.

The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. I had 3 calls and a text from them, "for my upgrade" - as I had a new phone & contract about 6 weeks it was a spam call. The operator sounded east european and didnt believe me when I told him he had broken 2 laws, DPA because I was not a customer and Telecoms because I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service. His reply was he just wanted to do me a good deal on an upgrade!

SCAM Rang at 7.20am this morning. Claiming to be from tps. Could hardly understand her, obviously in a call centre. When I questioned WHY she was waking us up at 7.20am she put the phone down.
Same issue, just asked if it was me, I said yes, they hung up.
Recorded female voice saying HMRC had been trying to contact me (but no name given) regarding a "lawsuit" against me. Obviously a scam call - no way HMRC would contact anyone via a recorded message. But vulnerable people could be taken in.
