Received a call from the number no voicemail left and when I attempted to call back to find out who it was the number was not recognized.

RAC Survey about if sales rep did a good job selling RAC breakdown to me. All good automated service easy to answer. Safe number.
They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". Advised calling from Total Energy saying they are our supplier for a location we haven't been in since 2010. At the end when he just wasn't getting it he told me to f*** off. I have been patient and tried to steer them right many times before, but not again. Normally they just hang up which is rude enough, but to get that at the end of a 5min call I took the time to take, absolutely disgusting.
They keep calling to book a service even though the last one cost me a fortune, they didn t tighten my brake fluid cap which spilled out onto the road and nearly caused me to crash. I have told them this but they didn t even apologise.
A foreign sounding voice asked me information about my computer, I refused to let them know anything as they sounded Eastern European, not Geordie if they came from Tyne and Wear.
