I received a call from this number this afternoon. He wanted to confirm my details, so I asked what it was regarding and he hung up. A little strange really.

Almost incomprehensible Indian accent. Told me that because I was a loyal BT customer that I was going to get discounts. Strung them along to try to get details from them but they hung up once they realised what I was doing. (My phone isn t with BT, and in fact is -owned- by a non-BT company). Scam call trying to get financial details.
Do not trust these people, they are labelling themselves as Direct Finance and claim that I had made a loan application a few weeks ago which I hadn t. It s all part of a scam and there is also KwikQuid who are Asian and based in Liverpool
keep being harassed by packy people wanting my money, sending me scams through my email address which reaaly makes me angry. how can we stop these things happening.
