When you call back just get an automated american accented on hold "your call is important to us please hold and an agent will be with you shortly" call never gets picked up as after 2-3 minutes it says goodbye and hangs up. Suspect it is a call centre for ppi, an accident I've never had or solar panels. No message ever left. Number of calls makes it a nuisance.
The good news is it s "Sky TV & Broadband" and they re trustworthy. The bad news is they ll try to sign you up with them, or if you re already a customer (as I am) then they ll try to get you to sign up for Sky TV as well as broadband.

Called me up, nothing was said and they ended the call within 5 seconds. Attempted to call back and the line went dead immediately upon connection.
Attempt at an 'Amazon Prime Renewal' scam. Asks you to press 1 to be connected to an advisor. Same setup as the HMRC scam calls. Second call today, initially from a UK landline number, and this one from a mobile number 07401013672 localised in Kaliningrad (Russian Federation).
