PPI claims company. Asked for me by name, and said that they understood that I was recently rejected a claim. I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong! Caller was like "oh, er...ok, then we ll take you off our system..." to which I interrupted "that will be advisable, as my number is TPS registered and this number will be reported if you call again!" this number is a disgrace - the Peoples Postcode Lottery - have reported to the Ombudsmen - also I work in newspapers so they will be reading about themselves any time soon
Very strong Indian accent, saying ringing from BT about broadband, I could tell it was a scam with all the back ground noise, I didn't engage with him, and he began swearing at me, very poor English it's about time something is done about these scamcalls!
I think this is a scam, so beware of this number and do not ring it back, if you do - do not give any of your account details out over the phone. I have reported the number to my service provider.
