Just got another one of these calls, he said Hello, i replied with HI, then he put the phone down.

Number actually shows as 0019798234079 on caller ID but this site seems to drop the 00. This is a Windows security scam where they tell you that you have viruses on your PC and they can fix them for you. Didn t go along with it today and said to them that I suppose they were going to show me errors and warnings in my Windows event logs and they just hung up without any further comment. Hopefully they will remove me from their database if they realise I m too Windows savvy to ever fall for this.

Got a call this morning from 01412120520, can t even remember who they said they where but they quickly said they needed details to verify who I was so I said well they must give me their secure details to prove who they where, he then said oh we ll send you a letter and promptly hung up

Claiming to be from HMRC with a tax fraud case - threatening lawsuit if remaining tax not paid

A man called to sell me cavity wall insulation. When i tried to find out details about his company he told me "You should go to hell". When I asked his name he said it was "none of your business". He then told me to "fuck off."

I got a recorded message saying "goodbye" as well

A SCAM in my opinion

He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.

Received 8 calls from this number today - very aggressive female callers - claimed they I had taken out PPI. When I challenged back and asked for details they wanted me to provide them with personal details.
