Had a call at 12 noon, foreign voice asked for me by name, would not tell me who was calling. He said he needed a few details. Before he could say anymore I asked where he got my phone number from. He wouldn't answer. I told him my number was registered with TPS and was ex-directory so where did he get the number. He hung up!! So fed up with these calls. Everyday we. Get at least one. I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the
SCAM purports to be from Sky Media but the call is about my "Internet Connection which appears fine but isn't as multiple people are trying to access it right now" what utter BS! He was told as much as well, maybe if these conmen weren't struggling to read their scripts and calling supposed customers 'dude' and 'mate' it would be slightly more believable, utter scumbags... Google them to see their practices. They re based in Glasgow and there are dozens of reports of them scamming and intimidating people. Don t even answer the phone to them.
