Having tried to let the gentleman down lightly that I was not interested in going through the whole PPI claim process yet again (for the third time) and because of this wasn t interested in what I may be missing out on I was abruptly asked why I had investigated originally. Not sure this is anybody s business but my own - and not going to share with a stranger/company who remained unidentified throughout - says it all really. We wonder why such companies have a bad name?

I get many calls from this number. I don t pick up from numbers I don t have in my contacts. If it s someone I know or important then they can leave a message....simple solution and put in contacts as Nuisance caller.
