PPI claims, unwanted calls. When I receive a call from these companies I just hang up and then I block the number. I suggest you to do the same.

Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.
