Why can they not go and get a proper job
01772 333348 has rung me loads of times, even at 6.20 am There is only ever a bleeping sound, nobody ever speaks. When you put the phone down the line is blocked for a few minutes afterwards. Whoever they are, and whatever they want, this is unacceptable and constitutes harassment.
Fraud Claims to be from HMRC, and I will be arrested if I don't connect to the agent. It's not genuine.

Received a call from an unknown telephone number at 09 42 I was informed that a large amount of money had been taken from my current bank account and they wanted to know my security code etc . Called our TPS registered number. When informed of this said they weren t members of that scheme. I just ended the call. My gut feeling is that it s some type of scam.

This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider".
