I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.

I have had over 40 calls from these people on their new number 0161 939 7225. These scammers are trying to get you to claim PPI and will not take no for an answer. Fraud They said something about a warrant being out for my arrest due to tax evasion and to press 1 before further action was taken. I hung up right away. Quite a scary message and I could see vulnerable people being convinced that this is real.
