Left a voicemail after I missed the call. It was regarding a complaint i had emailed to sainsburys. The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. Looking at the comments it s simply a call centre th at takes on out sourced work from various companies.

Caller rang to say someone from this number had accident in last 2 years. Asked where got number from and told it was in the accident record book. Asked what sort of accident and where but could not answer eventually out phone down on me!
