I work for this company. The only way to stop the calls is to give your postcode and first line of your address, then they will take you off. The dailer is automatic and I have 0 control over who I ring.

Used my name. Asian Male caller said he was from BT Openreach. Said he was aware of problems with our broadband speed and if I was near our computer and could log in. When I said that I would have to go our computer and could I have his number to call him back and verify his request to me, the line was immediately shut down

This company uses an automatic dialling system. After I answered, it took a few seconds before an employee answered. He sounded East Asian but said he was in the UK although he refused to say exactly where.
