getting between 2 and 10 calls daily from this number. tried to complain but was given the runaround by both Scottish Power and the 3rd party sales company. they have cleverly set up so that you can get through to complain unless you have an account number

The tracking number given was correct (If you are quoted a tracking number, you can check it on DHL s website).
