Received call from a withheld number claiming to be TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my router and needed to connect to my computer. Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.

The joke about this Next Step Company is that they are the guys who sold the PPI in the first place. Check out Bright Finance. Loan sharks in a big way. The guys who ran it made shed loads from selling loans with PPi to those with bad credit. They same guys now run Next Step. And they are again making shed loads getting compensation for those they sold PPI too. How can this be allowed????

They laugh and say i will just keep calling you. Awful. The same person keeps calling me from different numbers and taunting me. Today when i picked up it was "answering today are you? then he laughed and hung up.
