Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. This hasn t happened so I have contacted my credit card company who are working on this. Also you can complain to the legal ombudsmen www.legalombudsman.org.uk or call 0300 555 0333. Good luck!

yesterday reported that told them to take us off their list. today had another 3 calls,asked to speak to their manager, whosounded exactlylike the first caller, said if we answered their questions then we could be taken of the list as it would take a while to find us to delete us. Arrogant person lying on the phone to me about debts or ppi or something along these lines. I didn t opt-in so should never have received this call.
I am from The Netherlands and this number calls me very often. However, I am always too late with answering my phone. I don t know anyone who lives in England, so I have no idea who this person may be. This is why I m really curious who this person/company is. I hope you are able to contact me if you find out who s number this is.
