I have a CC with Vanquis Bank that is cleared every month if it has been used. I had £30 to pay when I get paid on Friday and they have tried to take it from my account. My bank declined it and the payment was reversed on my CC today, when I checked the statement it showed I had only £30 they tried to take it which went through clearing my account, today the reversal was placed on my statement and they have not put the £30 back on my statement they have added £60 - £30 for the reversal and charged me an ext

Your details have been passed to us as you have unsecured debt and ha sshown up on a Govt website as bein eligable to have this debt frozen at zero. Foreign caller, hard to understand. Kept trying even after I explained this was a company provided phone so what he was telling me was a load of bollox, hung up after wasting as much of his time as I could.
