Called wanting to acces my wifi - scam as not using wifi with BT on the number they called on. then got aggressive.
Called at 9pm asking for previous home owner. Tried to explain but I received verbal abuse including Fxxx repeated several times. Disgusting behaviour.

Internet Asian voice claiming to be from Virgin Media and saying my Internet connection was being used illegally. Asked questions about lights on my router, haw many devices were connected to the line, and how many people in the house used it. Then rang off when I gave vague answers.
