We were telephoned 3 times between approx 6 - 7pm on Thurs 29/11/2012. They did not leave messages which made me suspicious. I dialled 1471 and Googled. They appear to be in Preston, Lancashire. Got a call from this number I tried to explain we have terminally ill person in house and needed phone lines clear ( my father has cancer) they just laughed and put phone down. After calling a further 9 times in 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager who came to phone and proceeded to laugh through my explanation and put phone down. I then blocked the number so they rang a further 10 times from international withheld and either blasted sirens or just laughed down phone .

This company contacted me regarding my life insurance. Very pleasant person called Matt explained why they were calling and I was happy with that. However, was unhappy about a call at 7pm!
After saying "hello" a few times I eventually had a foreign sounding woman ask if I was Mrs Choo. I hung up immediately as we are always getting calls starting this way; usually they show on our display as International, but this is the first time we have had one from a UK number. With the "international" calls they always hang up whether I answer YES or No to if I am Mrs Choo. So I ve no idea why they are calling.

Had a call from them a few weeks ago after i filled in one of those cards after my holiday to spain, they were offering £15 M&s vouchers for a sleep survey, was not interested and asked to be put on their do not call list. lady who called said no problem, and have had no calls since, at they do as they are asked!
