Actually is Orange. It s a regrade team assigned to get broadband customers to sign up for line rental too. Just people trying to make a living. They re calling hours are 11-8 it s on a dialler so if you re getting blank voice mail messages it s because they can t hang up quick enough. And in regards to TPS if you re a customer of orange or your number is associated with their accounts they can ring you and there is not a lot you can do about it. They re actually the people who answer your customer service
Call at 13.07 on 26/11/14 from Sarah of the PPI Claims Team on 0843 724 0186. I hung up. Earlier I had missed 3 calls from Private Number at 11.29, 12.24, and 12.58 so when it came up again at 14.27 I answered it. It was Charlotte of the PPI Claims Team who assured me it was the first call today and confirmed that PPI Claims Team was the name of her company. I asked to be removed from the database. Woman claiming to be called 'Daisy' calling from the diesel emissions team. Asking for someone called Ray Shell. She had an Indian accent and promptly hung up when advised there is no such person as Ray Shell on this number.
Someone calling herself Laura (Scottish accent, noisy call centre) claiming to be from the "National Advice Centre" (not a genuine organization, as far as I can ascertain) asking lots of questions about energy. I let her waffle on for a couple of minutes to waste their time and money. Eventually it turned out that she was trying to sell solar panels.
