A call centre. The caller didn t speak until I had at which point he asked for a previous resident. This number has been registered with TPS for many years so these people should not be making unsolicited calls.

One of many of this type of call concerning switching energy supplier. Another on my "blocked callers list"
Claims to be from national insurance helpline where my ni has been used as fraud and I need to press a number fir more information I put the phone down it’s obviously a scam . It was a mobile number so I assumed it was from someone I know.
SCAM robot voice saying (in English) phone account will be shut down. Also option to hear in Chinese, then message repeated in Chinese.
