This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17829306xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, RTA, PPI - insurance management. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Rude ppi people. They hang up and try again with different agents. I just give them a lot of shit until they hang up. I try to be as graphic and outrageous as possible with my insults just to make them hate their jobs.

This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?
