They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. This is a number used by British Gas... generally to gain feedback after a British Gas engineer has visited your property (typically the day after)... Although still annoying, these types of calls are genuine (although I still ignored it).
