It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider. Any comment on this feed stating that Mr Christopher Parsons is helpful or anything of that ilk must be on another planet (or working within the same organisation, which most probably amounts to the same effect), he has rang repeatedly to my business literally screaming down the phone at our receptionists. When said receptionists tried to help and direct his calls he ridiculed them beyond belief. At the risk of sounding cliché I do not know how this individual sleeps at night.

This 4th time I have a call from this number. A man voice saud us calling from Vanquis credit card. He wanted me to confirm my name for security reasons. I said why would vanquis want to call me cant the write and how would I know its Vanquis. He the said if I say my email he will say my dob and I say my post code and he will say my home number. So I told him I do not trust people on the phone asking private information abd he just cut me off without explaining the reason or if they are going to write me .
