Insulation. Called to tell me that the loft insulation I had supposedly had installed could cause more problems than it solved. Told the caller they had a wrong number as this did not apply to me, yet the young man continued in his spiel, so I put the phone down. My number is ex-directory.

04 Nov 2021 - A woman called me on this number claiming to be from the post office which had a part unpaid parcel for me. I asked for the reference number. She gave me a fake reference number which I typed into the post office website and it came up invalid. She then proceeded to say that the reference number will not show on the website and once I pay I will get a new reference number which will show. I then called her out on her bullshit stating I had used post office before and this is definitely fake. S

This number just rang my phone, I said hello, they then hung up on me. Agreed with Adam that they want you to phone them back. Found out that it is a charge of 45p-62p per minute to ring back. Also found out it is an individual not a company hoping you will phone him/her back and in doing so they will make him/herself a nice monthly income at your expense.
