It is a scam. They call you as people from HMRC and ask for payment details. BEWARE
SCAM This is sent from Evri apparently saying they couldn't deliver your parcel. Firstly I have no parcel coming from them, secondly I have EVRI app which tells me where my parcel has came from, who is delivering it etc coming from a small village our evri driver is known!
The number rang me but when answered did not respond at all and went quiet , suspicious.

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.

Called today 21.07.23, Indian sounding call centre claimed they could save me 30% of my O2 bill, I am not with O2, and when I asked where they found my number they said it was from a generated call list. My phone has the function of bringing up the business name when a call comes through, so when I proceeded to tell the caller that the actual call seemed to be coming from Gibb & Evans, he became a little confused!
