They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. Caller hung up when I answered. Probably a scam as the callers number was close to mine.
The caller claimed to be from BT, claiming that they could speed up my router on my PC. When I questioned them as to who I am ( if they were BT and rang me, they should know my details) they went quiet then hanged up.
