This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. My elderly grandmother rang by these dirty pieces of work informing her they are from HMRC gave her a reference number for a supposed warrant stating she owes more than £3000 in income tax payments from 1990. Obviously a scam but dangerous as my grandmother was scared and worried switch threats of freezing her bank account and taking her to court, they even went as far as threatening her with MI5 which is luckily when she realised it was a scam. Need to be stopped!!
