This is a renewal scam phone number. Do not call them. You haven't been billed for renewing Norton (even if you are using it, this number is not Norton). They even claim the number is "toll free" - which it isn't. Also, this is not a term we use in the UK anyway, we would say it was a freephone number. The scam usually involves you logging in to your on-line bank, then them showing you that they have overrfunded you (by blanking your screen then manipulating the contents of the page).

Cold caller trying to drum up business through insurance claims. It should be illegal then all our car insurance premiums would be lower.
Calls me all the time, atleast once a day. I do not answer though.
This number called me 1128 hrs 20th Nov 2016. A female said she was from Supreme Homes and asked if I was the householder. She refused to say where she was calling from and tried to read her script about windows. I asked some awkward questions about who what why, then a man came on and said they were from Home Solutions (or something garballed like that). Just another cold caller trying to get money out of the elderly or challenged. Number now reported to TPS and ICO.

a woman visited my mother-in law and wanted £2700 for a therapy way pad to help her circulation after a quick call to her office they could do the same product for £2100 if she signed there and then ,for a women in her late 80s this is disgraceful and needs stopping immediately
SCAM
have now received about 6 calls from this Company claiming to be called "UK Preference Service" all India voices and with English names, Robin this morning, Nigel last week, Kevin last week. Each time we tell them not to call again and that we are registered with TPS and each time they tell us its the first time they have called then say they just have 4 questions they need answering, get very pushy and agrumentative then hang up
