Very strange just had a phone call from the number above a young lady i believe aggressively tried to find out if i was the house owner so they don t have our details said something about the new government boiler scheme on boiler s what is strange is we are x directory and have all international call s blocked there number showed up on our screen as international so i would like to know how they got round the blocking any way i have manually blocked it anyway

Same here - there was something about me being arrested and figured out it was the second time I get this message from this number. Read the comments and just blocked the number.
"This is Royal Mail. Your package has been delivered twice and there was no answer. Please press 9 for more information." Followed by a message in Chinese. Pressed 9. Connected to a person speaking Chinese. No idea what this is, so disconnected. It's obviously not the Royal Mail.
