SCAM - nuisance calls from India looking like they're coming from Leeds. TPS can't stop them so all you can do is block them. Called well before 8am so you just know it's going to be a scam call.

Reading above it appears to be Oxfam, well I was trying to put up a light at home and had to stop because of the phone call, i answered the phone and the person put the phone down, thanks for wasting my time Oxfam.

SCAM. Automated voice says that This is HMRC and there is an arrest warrant on my name and if you don’t press 1 I will get arrested immediately.

Said they were from the Internal Revenue Service and that there was a warrant for "your arrest". No names.
There have been several calls from this number and nearly every time they say nothing. Tied to call back to see who they are but always engaged. I would recommend you have nothing to do with this lot

They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! I had a phone call from this number which gave an automated message saying it was my bank and that there was suspicious activity (someone had tried to spend £300 on amazon and £1600 elsewhere). It said to press 1 to confirm something. I believe it was a scam.
